  • Ginger Paste                   2 tsp
  • Garlic Paste                    2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder     1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder          1 tbsp
  • Vinegar                           1 ½ tbsp
  • Soy Sauce                       1 ½ tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup             6-8 tbsp
  • Salt                                 As per taste
  • Corn Flour                     2 tbsp
  • Refined wheat flour 
  • or Maida Flour              1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice                  1 tbsp
  • Egg                                1 
  • Cooking Oil                   2 tbsp
  • Green Chilli chopped    5g
  • Sugar                             1 ½ tbsp
  • Chicken Stock               ½ cup
  • Green Onion                 5g

How to make chicken Manchurian 

Step by step procedure how to make Chinese chicken Manchurian


1- Take a pan or a bowl and add chicken, salt, cornflour, white flour, lemon juice, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, egg and mix it well.

2- Put that mixed and marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 35 minutes.

3- Now add cooking oil in a pan and heat it and then do deep fry the marinated chicken in oil until color changes to light brown.

4- Now add cooking oil in another pan and heat it then add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, fried chicken, salt, green chili, Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, sugar, vinegar, chicken stock and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.

5- Now please add water (3 tbsp) in cornflour and mix it well then add it in chicken curry.


6- Now garnish it with green onion.

Your delicious Chinese chicken Manchurian is ready you can serve it with Egg Fried Rice or chicken fried rice.
