  • Fish finger cut    1 kg
  • Salt                     as per taste
  • Red Pepper        2 Tbs
  • Lemon               3 to 4
  • Garlic paste       1 Tbs
  • Chaat Masala    1 Tbs |Chaat masala consists of dried mango powder, black pepper, chili powder, dried ginger, salt, cumin, and coriander|         
  • Turmeric Powder    1/2 Tsp
  • Cumin:                    1 Tbsp
  • Coriander                1 Tbsp
  • Oil                          Deep fry

Step by step procedure how to make fish fry at home


1- Take a bowl put fish finger cut in it and add salt, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, garlic paste, chaat masala, turmeric powder, cumin, and coriander and mix it well.
Keep that bowl aside for few minutes.

2- Take a deep pan add oil in it and heat oil medium flame. Then add marinated fish in it.

3- Deep fry it for few minutes and take out fish from oil and then keep that fish out for 4 to 5 minutes and let the fish be cool a little bit. Then again deep fry it until fish gets to change its color to light brown.

This is a very simple and very short cooking recipe for a fish fry at home. You can make it with just 3 simple steps.
